Next Steps
RIC (RAGAS in Canada) is here to support you by offering ideas, sharing the work of other Canadian Rotarians doing this work, and is building a map filled with the people, organizations, and nonprofits in your area focused on raising awareness and fighting human trafficking and modern slavery that we can connect you with to help your project succeed.
We look forward to hearing from you and are happy to meet with you and/or your club to answer any questions and to help motivate and inspire Rotarians in your district to get involved.
Step 1
By agreeing to become your club’s RAGAS in Canada Champion, you will sign up, on behalf of your club, to also join RAGAS International, which will mean receiving regular updates from Rotarians across the globe who are doing the work to raise awareness and to help support the fight to eradicate Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery.

Step 2
When it’s time to pick your next club project, we ask that you commit to raising your hand to suggest a human trafficking awareness project. Our team will support you in locating local organizations in your community that your club can work along side of, and provide assistance where needed when applying for Rotary Grants. Let’s get started by booking an initial consultation with our Survivor Ambassador and District Liaison.
